Do you have faith in Shula to game plan around Oher?

Sure did, and then were utterly exposed and haven't recovered since then

We were weak in lots of areas last year on O and schemed around it pretty dang good.

Biggest issue is we didn't address any of the talent issues this offseason.  Only so much coaching can do.

It took a year of film for a team to finally solve our "schemeing around our issues".  Now Denver laid a blueprint for it.  Gets hard to scheme around the fact someone figured out how your were working around your weakness....gotta solve that with talent.  Gettlemen issue, not a Shula issue.  Gettlemen should of worked on our OT situation.   It was a weakness we had schemed our offense around and got exposed at the end with the perfect counter.

In all seriousness this is a bit of a moving target because ATL has crap for pass rush and they have played teams that are less than stellar. How hard do we really have to try to block a passive breeze of a pass rush?

Vic Beasley was a terror against us in the dome last year.  We struggle with Speed Rushers and that's the only thing Vic Beasley does well.  Most important thing to this game is to keep the game in front of us with short to intermediate routes, run the ball effectively and chew clock.  That said, I don't have much faith in shula to adjust the game plan to not run 50 yard routes with no underneath option.

None. The team has already practiced the game script all week, they're not going to change it now.

I can almost guarantee the first play will be a play action pass with the primary read being KB on a deep out. Having said that, I hope he can get the plays in quicker so Cam has the option to audible based on the look the defense is giving him.

Depends on how far Riveras foot is lodged up Shula's dirt chute after the last game.

What's funny is that people think that Shula's run-run-predictable-pass philosophy is anything but what Rivera WANTS.

Why would Rivera put his foot up Shula's poo-hole if Shula is doing *exactly* what Rivera likes to do?

Oh, and the answer to the OP question?

Because there's always hope.

In Shula's defense...his talent isn't geared to the quick pass O.

This team is fundamentally built to play one way IMO.

Disagree.

Big bodies like KB, Funch, and Olsen are built for slants and curls, using their body to shield off the defender.

Fozzie and CAP have shown good ability on screen plays.

But Shula would rather 7-step-drop-don't-worry-Cam-can-take-the-hit derp.
