Cam didn't play well

He can't do it by himself.  And considering the lack of effort from all of the receivers, the linemen shitting the bed, and Shula running the first pass plays ever invented all day, I don't care what Cam did.  The team SUCKED.  He had no one to throw to most plays and no time to throw it even if they did get open on others.

Nope.. if shula had a goddamn brain he would help cam out by calling quick outs, slants, and screen plays to alleviate the rush by letting cam get rid the ball quick just like bradford was doing.. but all that is too much for shula to handle.

There were times where there were 0 WRs or offensive players within a 30 yard spread as Igo pointed out....

Dood would be a no body without his last name.

He will bounce back, but his mind wasn't all the way there today. Was watching with my girl, and she said that and her aunt called and said the same thing. Had a feeling he'd play like this today. Sucks, because he started off well.

I hope outside pressure isn't getting to him, because this is a different type of pressure than anything he's faced before.

People expect Cam to put the team on his back now, unfortunately he can't always do it.

Newton started off fine, but things fell apart by the start of the second half, and just got worse. The loss is on everyone, including our coaching staff, who should have an adequate understanding on what to expect, and how to respond by now. Unfortunately it does not appear so. That is more concerning than anything right now.

Cam starts off 9/9 150 something and were 10-0 up he then stupidly doesn't read the d and gets sacked on the safety, he had 4/5 seconds to look and just throw it away or hit Dixon on the 7yard line and get a 1st. He always wants the big play too much! After that well his stats speak for themselves.. He had a bad game after that! His decision making was odd, his mobility was limited and everyone else around him let him down too. Combined it was a pathetic showing from an offense that should blow away most teams in this league, still credit where it's due the Vikings are for real with all the pieces missing they had!

I always laugh at this.

"He should have thrown it away!" after Cam gets sacked in the pocket.

I'll give you one shot to explain the fallacy in your statement.

There's nothing wrong with calling Cam out for a bad game. It's true, he looked HORRID all game. Held on to the ball WAY too long, footwork was bad, stared down receivers, etc.

However, Shula do him absolutely no favors with yet again those long developing routes against an elite defense. When the fug is Shula going to learn that you CAN'T call those long ass plays against fast defenses? They continue to do it and then have that fuggin stupid ass stare on their face like "what just happened?". Used NO screen plays to counter the blitz, no quick routes, no drag routes..........nothing. I said back 2014 that we will never win a championship with Shula as OC. I congratulated him last year because he called some great games, but was still skeptical coming into the season because I wanted to see him do it again before crowning him. Should have known.
