Why I'm not concerned at 1-2

Never heard of game tape and adjustments? It happens. The other team plays football too, tho a lot of fans forget that.

we don't want to go to Minnesota in the winter tho.

also relying heavy on the defense can cause problems. Later in the year they may be really worn out. Because even bough they won today you can't say they had a good game on offense.

No Rivera and Shula have NOT heard abotu game tape and adjustments...that much is clear.

No pass rush from our D-line with half of their guys on the bench. KB producing nothing for the day. What was it, 7 sacks against us and a safety? Special teams giving up a touchdown on a punt.

Team played with absolutely no fire. Looked like one of those former Super Bowl teams that are still hungover. They played like a bunch of guys that will be satisfied with 6-10.

Sam Bradford and a bunch of benchwarmers from the Vikings offensive unit just beat the snot out of us. And our offense just rolled over and took it.

If this is our best effort, it's going to be a loooong year.

the only thing that is keeping me sane in this is that 2013 season where we started off 1-3....

We know how to turn around a season better than anyone..

We started 1-2 in 2005 as well. As long as our division rivals lose I'm not anywhere close to hitting the panic button.

Player wise - We did not get better

Coaching wise - We did not get better

So this is what you see, in comparison right now we don't look good to quite a few NFL teams

SB losers curse is real, but its even more real for us cause once again we didn't get better

This team doesn't know how to adjust, Ron/Shula are failures at that. Shula needs to take a step back, Cam needs to run the offense the way he likes it. No huddle offense, adjustments at the line and even let him call the plays. Give him the plays on his arm

Getting dominated at home, where we're dominant is VERY concerning. Seattle already is up 14-0 to 49ers, its making our W look less impressive

I'm not worried about 2 losses.  The problem is calls that take 8 seconds to develop.  Cam held the ball for 7 seconds on one of the plays he was sacked.

The reason why Shula calls long developing plays and Cam holds the ball is because LITERALLY everything comes off of his right arm. We have nobody for Newton to just hand the ball to or rise up and quickly throw the ball out into the flat.

If Cam tries to throw the ball to KB, Olsen, Fun, or Ginn behind the line of scrimmage or two yards in front of it...that play will be dead after 3 yards or even a lost. Nobody on this offense scares anybody but Cam Newton...and going into year 6 that is a DAMN problem.

3 division games with the Saints and Falcons on the road.

1-2 does not look good. Needed to win against the Broncos or Vikings. Now the Panthers are in a situation where they have to win 3 straight division games to be 4-2.

So? I ain't scared of the NFCS Atlanta beat us on a short week over Christmas weekend. You could tell the panthers weren't into the game. I'm not afraid of the NFCS I was concerned about today's game.

aaron Rodgers got shut down by the Vikings last week and threw 4 TD's in the first half today alone.

no one in the NFCS has a better defense or offense then us. I ain't scared or even concerned about them. I feel bad for the ass whooping they are all about to get.

If this game was any indication...u should be worried. I expect our boys to atleast be competitive... especially in our house...where we had previously won 14 straight games. Playing weak D's will only make us complacent until we get smacked in the mouth post season. Shula is more inconsistant that Cam.

We have 2 6'3+ receivers, and one 6'5 TE ... and arguably one of fastest wr's to ever play the game. CHANGE THE OC.

We have all the chess pieces with the wrong player.

Usually the team turns things around when the games don't mean anything, hopefully not the case this year

We just played 2 of the toughest defenses and teams we will play all year during our last 3 games. Denver won the SB last year on defense alone, and the Vikings won the NFCN last year on Defense alone.  Our next tough team from a defensive stand point is Seattle in Seattle and they have looked worse then us so far.  I will start to get concerned if we are still lose between now and the bye.

Its it's time for us to remind the NFCS who it's daddy is!!!

So, as long as we don't play good defenses, we are okay? Halle effing lujah!

I am a bit concerned.  The sacks, turnovers and long developing pass plays make me see the Super Bowl in my nightmares.

I'm worried becuase we're not a big adjustment team.  We need some coaching flexibility or its going to be a short playoff trip.

I'll disagree Doc, I am concerned because it looks like we didnt learn anything.

looking like our two toughest opponents this season. that being said: the blueprint is out on how to frustrate our offense

The blueprint to frustrate our offense is really no different than any offense. The Panthers KNEW Oline was a problem...instead of actually putting resources into that unit...the Panthers decide they needed yet another defensive player to add to a defense that has been top 5 the last 3 years...
