My apologies...  I forgot, he wasn't white so he doesn't deserve due process.  Who cares if he was even the guy they were looking for to begin with, amirite?

Also, the other black guy CMPD shot and killed with a rubber bullet at close range while peacefully protesting and then blamed on other protestors doesn't matter either.  And CPMD lying to invent charges for innocent protestors they illegally detain is cool too.  Enjoy your police state.

And there was a local attorney present during the protests that was standing a few feet from the protestor that was shot and witnessed the police do it.

This narrative that the CMPD were the ones who killed the protester is false from what I've seen. I've watched multiple different angle videos from that incident and nothing about it shows evidence of the officers doing it. First off, the "witnesses" that claim it was the CMPD that did it say it was close range, almost point blank, however every video shows that no officer was close range to the protester. Secondly, from the video that shows the officers, you can hear the bang of what sounds like a gun and at that time none of the officers were holding up any firearms and to add to this they all seem to get jarred by the sudden bang as if caught off guard by the sound. I'm not trying to make excuses for the CMPD, since I'm leaning more towards unjustified shooting in Keith Scott's case after the release of the videos don't seem to show him moving to target or threaten the officers with his weapon, however I can't blame the CMPD for what happened during the rioting based on the video evidence as well.
