Good morning ladies and gents and welcome to another Sunday of Panther's football. I will be have a cream cheese chicken crock pot concoction with lots and lots of water. No alcohol for me today.

My son's 5th birthday party is today and I'm just now learning that it's 1-3. Last year we did 4-6. Guess I'll be watching on my phone and the menu will be cookie cake and Capri Sun.

I didn't get to post my menu.  I had fresh butternut squash.  I drank an alcoholic beverage that some people call it beer, but I just call it Yeuenleing.  Don't know how to spell it and I didn't like it.  I wanted beeeeeeeer.
