Stewart shouldn't have been playing in that game in the first place.  I saw the 2nd fine.  He loaded up on Luck when he's sliding.  Barely made contact, but if he had he would have fuged Luck up had he caught him clean.  Not one to back Luck, but he seemed to take it pretty well.

If the focus is player safety, fine the general acts and escalate repeats.Varying fines for interpretations  provides justifications and diminishes the  punishment.

I hope everyone that's been fined for excessive celebrations appeals the fine. That'll keep Goodell & company busy & maybe the competition committee will rethink this whole mess.
