You want it to stop? Try complying. When BLM starts showing a interest in stopping black on black crime which is a far bigger issue then maybe I'll start listening.

Black on black crime will never be a bigger issue than LEO'S unloading on an unarmed  and non threatening populace. Never.

So stop using this stale ass useless rhetoric as some type of talking point.

Christ.

So it's racist to imply that blowing stuff up and causing damage and destruction is a sure fire way to get no where? I got ya. Wanna talk about the breakdown of the family in America? Because that's where I think the real problems lie. But let me guess that would be racist too?

Yeah. Let's talk about the break down of the family in America. Let me guess, its the gays' fault

Unarmed and non threatening? Are you serious with that nonsense?  More white people are killed by LEO's than blacks so is that a bigger issue for you?

LEO's are not actively trying to kill black people and if you are teaching your kids that then you are part of the problem. I honestly feel bad for LEO's these days.

Did you really expect this thread to go differently? This is a huge issue in our country and it's happening right in our backyard.

A man can hope.  Thread titles as specific as this used to have a better chance.  These days it seems every conversation with a hint of recent events will turn into the same old back and forth.  Might as well lock this thread, and go back to the tinderbox.  Football was lost several pages ago.

I didn't mention any specific race to begin with, you literally jumped to race as soon as I mentioned that Cops killing non-threatening and unarmed civilians should be the focus instead of blaming a civil rights group. But yeah, keep spouting off "people like me are the problem" when in reality the system is fuged.

And lol at the "I feel bad for cops" tripe, when in reality Cops have all the benefit in the world when it comes to persecution. But keep on fighting the good fight, pal.

I feel bad that they are so poorly trained and generally speaking, uneducated. They should be required to have an associates degree at minimum so we can rest assured that the people supposedly protecting us aren't some loser with an iq of 72 that have it out for everyone that made fun of them in high school because they had to take civics 3 times. The lack of training and education is what makes police so dangerous.

Honestly it will be startling if the players just sit on their hands and not take action.

The players who this affect most of the team no this could very well be them or a loved one next time. But until this issue becomes real to EVERYONE some racial groups wont understand.

Americans specifically the :good ole boy" crowd thinks its alright to be racial insensitive. Just comply with cops they say, well whats the excuse when people HAVE complied and still are shot? Then what? Like after a terrorist attack all the racist slurs thrown at people of that background.

But like I said, some people will never understand it. But threads like this are when you see PEOPLES true colors

That's a cop out and you know it considering the 2 shootings this week were of black men and this thread was discussing BLM protests.

But that's ok cause I see you guys just want to bash LEO's in general and blame someone else. I for one appreciate and respect the LEO's and the soldiers of our country and I don't envy the job they have of having to protect and to serve when a lot of the general public despises them unjustly.

The problem is that people who take the time to go through an education process don't want to be cops.  People know that it is a hard, high risk job with little reward and compensation, and that the cops are the first to be blamed in many cases.  Society no longer asks what the civilian did, and cops are often assumed to be in the wrong before facts and evidence are presented.

Sorry. No.

I gave you poo for trying to red herring the topic with the ever useless black on black violence statistic, it's a lazy crutch and drives no intelligent discussion.

And you know nothing about me or my respect for law enforcement.  Just an fyi, my parents served and most of my family are NYPD so shut that poo.

Its not bashing man, for years cops have committed crimes and gotten away with it because they were on the force. That sentiment has nothing to do with race, its about what should be fair and just. Cops shouldn't be above the law AT ALL, point blank period.

I can respect cops that do their job the RIGHT way and don't get trigger happy but for the other ones they deserve what comes their way(racist police)
