Any concerns of protests this Sunday?

Brandishing a gun is all good and right and holy until its a black man. Then its immediately a simple reason for killing.

Ah, the color argument that every liberal in the world is spewing out of their mouths. The man could have been white green yellow blue black or purple. If a firearm is pulled out then they better intend to use it. Kill or be killed is the mindset of police officers when a GUN IS PULLED.

Perhaps our "law obiding citizens" need to educate themselves on what it means to carry a firearm, and especially what it means to pull said firearm out.

Right wing nutjobs congregated in Nevada with assault weapons, threatened law enforcement, and took over an interstate and were considered heros by many because they thought they were being treated unfairly for being told they couldnt break the law regarding land use.

Im curious what some would think if BLM did the same for their beliefs.

There are nutjobs on both sides. Some would hate it and others would love it. Why do we always talk extremes when the solution is always in the middle?

Simple definition of Brandish - to wave or swing (something, such as a weapon) in a threatening or excited manner

This is never "all good" since someone is receiving a threat.  Weapons don't have a race.

 

On the original topic, I no longer have any concern about Sunday since protests turned peaceful last night.

Can we just cut the BLM folks some slack?  I'm white.  I get the benefit of the doubt in life because of my whiteness.  There is a thing as white privilege.  At this point, I understand being angry, black and poor and empathize with anyone that is just fed up with what is happening.  Its time for us white folks to use our white privilege to help out and stand up for people whom, as a race, have been on the back burner of this country since we conquered the Native Americans.  Have a dang heart.

The real enemy are the extremely wealthy which use media to turn white against black anytime wealth disparity is getting attention.

 

Ignorant poor whites and blacks are all too happy to take the low hanging fruit of racism while they should be discussing why you make minimum wage or barely survive on welfare and the rich own 20 bathroom houses and 3 yachts. It's like we fight to the death over a pile of sh*t while the rich sit around betting and laughing, the poor too blind to see beyond the sh*t pile and the guy they've been told to hate.

 

The middle class is shrinking and so overworked and taxed they have no time to correct the economic disparity. The poor easily misdirected to racism, do you expect the rich to stop?

The heart of what you're getting at is information asymmetry.  People aren't giving away their money making secrets unless you pay for them.  And the government has given loads of money in narrowing that gap by making education its top priority.  Blame the government all you want, but at some point those "ignorant poors" need to look in the mirror and ask what they can do to improve their situation themselves.
