How many carries do you expect CAP to get against Vikes?

I browse on other sites and I keep seeing CAP name brought up for FF. I don't play FF so I'm wondering why I see his name. Apparently

I think Cap will have about 15 carries and a couple catches. I could see him having 60-80 yards and a td.
