It doesnt matter who shadows KB.  No one matches up with him.  He is an athletic freak who likes contact.  He has 2 offensive passing interference calls in 2 games. Big or small, slow or fast it doesnt matter.  The only hope it to double him all day so Cam doesn't throw into double coverage and single Funchess or Ginn.  But whoever covers him shouldnt feel bad, he used to be abuse Norman when he was here as well.

If that were our only weapon like Detroit that might be fine. But if you double KB, you have Funchess and Olsen who are 6'4" and 6"5" respectively and might be better than KB. That is the problem defending us. We have multiple weapons and most teams have to choose what they give up.  Go to a nickel and we run over you. Keep in the linebackers and we throw all day on you.

All the PFF articles I see from last year have Kuechly all over them. Even their top 100 players from last year has Kuechly at 3 and Barr at 20. I'm not sure why this "Barr is better"  thing keeps being brought up.

Anyways, I can't wait to see what our offense can do against one of the better defenses in the league

I'd argue that your secondary might be the new Legion of Boom. Your DL isn't that great but your LBs very solid and athletic.

Our D-line is one of our strength's.

NT- Linval Joseph was graded as a top 10 interior lineman by PFF last year.

DE- Everson Griffin has the second most sacks by any DE in the league over the past 2 years.

DE- Danielle Hunter was second in rookie sacks last season and has 2 sacks and a TD on the season so far.

DT- Sharrif Floyd is an above average DT when healthy.

DE- Brian Robison is a solid vet who rotates with Hunter.

DT- Tom Johnson has 14 sacks over the past 2 seasons and is a solid backup.

Top to bottom the defensive line is probably our best position group.
