Will we see more of this kid Sunday? I feel like there is a good chance due to Gabberts mobility. I know Shaq is used situationally, but the kid is good. Why not have him at there with TD and Luke a majority of the game? He can cover the slot guy (see NFCCG for an example) so it's not like he can't cover. He is solid in run support so why not play him more?

he's a stud, but if we are running a defense that is baiting the pass, then he is going to sit.  i agree with OPs sentiment though.  

i'd like to see us get up so big the niners are forced to play kaep and then go tear his ass in half.

He's solid in the pass game though. He was a big reason Fitz did jack poo.

The niners offense is a perfect offense for shaq to play increased minutes. He can cover the slot on the short quick routes and will be a perfect spy for Gabbert not to mention his blitz ability. 

I will be really disappointed if he is not on the field for a large part of the game.

more cover 3 defense, Shaqs ability to play the run and pass will help make the 49rs  1 dimensional. No gashed runs this time.

i haven't looked at that game in depth, but i agree with you that shaq can cover.   i have my doubts that he was ever the reason fitz didn't do poo though.  that was a whole D effort.

For sure I was exaggerating for the sake of the topic, but Shaq played great against Fitz.

Shaq jammed fitz at the line like no one else has been able to do.  Also Shaq negated Fitz in run blocking as well.  Fitz could not block Shaq to spring any runs to the outside.

Shaq was the reason Larry did nothing in that game.

alright my man.  shaq did all that.  i done said i haven't broken down the game, but if our strong side LB did that to one of the best wideouts in the game, then what the fug is the question about then?   shaq don't ever need to leave in any dime or nickel. you win.

Question was if he would play more. I was hoping for other huddlers opinions and you have shared yours, thank you.
