2013 would like a word with you. Also, last season he wasn't top 5, he was top 1.

he definitely turned the corner and became a complete QB as well as had some clutch drives in 2013, but he wasnt Top 5 that year, lets be realistic. He threw for 3,300 yards. Agree with the second part though, not just top 1 QB, but the best player in the entire league

While I've always thought Newton had far superior potential and has been the better QB ( I'm also biased as fug), it's a good reminder how one can go from being on the top of the world to a butt of a joke in no time. Don't take the success our players have had or are havin got granted.

Gotta disagree there about Cam. Certainly top tier now, but 2012 had alot of growing pains with it. I know alot of that was the shitstorm Chud created, but Cam didnt become a Top 5 QB until last season.

*Points to Chandler, Amini, and Bell all starting o-linemen*

Cam has always been great. When we finally got a line, he could finally show his true colors. He could finally "let it shine".

This is pretty silly. Kaep was never a tier 1 QB, the national media just really wanted him to be one. Cam was never a teir 3 QB, the national media really just wanted him to be one.

The truth is Cam has always been tier 1, and Kaep has always been tier 3 or 4 in reality. Nothing has changed except the fabricated media story line.

Kap is serviceable, if you maximize his talent. Newton might get Shula a Head Coaching job.

Guess whose jersey has been number 1 in sales lately?

More profits directly to the NFL that has proven they don't give a damn about domestic violence or player safety while they suspend players entire seasons over marijuana is not exactly something to brag about.

You lost me there. I was referring to Kap.
