Equipment managers are wary to deflate anything around the nfl now!

True.

I could see it being uncomfortable though if filled at sea level and not adjusted.. You cannot take truck loads of some products like potato chips across high mountain passes because the bags will explode from the pressure differential. Sounds like he had a problem with the altitude. Ron's approach was to not make a big deal about it not wanting the players to think about it. This seems like something they might have overlooked.

So we shouldn't rush to judgement after one game? Good to know

Pff, I'm gonna do it anyway!  And while I'm at it, cam is a guy who will never win games, just put up stats, Greg Olsen will never be half the tight end that Jeremy shockey was, Michael oher is a worthless free agent who will never pan out, Ted Ginn Jr is nothing more than a return specialist, and Thomas Davis is a guy who has glass bones and can never stay healthy...

This mostly empty bottle of water looked just fine when I left the house this morning. Looks like this down in Denver. That's a little under 3000' difference.

I'm surprised more folks haven't latched onto this comment:

OK, he admits, he's guilty as charged. Sure, he held Bradberry on that touchdown. A trick of the trade, he explains. Officials are so preoccupied with the back, they ignore the receivers upfield.

At the least, I would hope the twerps stating he sucked and did nothing that play will now take their collective heads out of their asses. But, huddle gonna huddle, right?

On our sideline for opening night that was a super bowl rematch. Sure he showed up but he was also doing his media stuff around the game. Chicago is his home, not Charlotte and he's not uprooting his family to be a lowly assistant.

You taking such a strong position on this is pretty silly. Nobody knows what Peanut's thoughts are though you seem to think you do. All I know is he spent a bit of camp here teaching guys and Ron made a comment about possibly having him on as an intern coaching assistant. If he wants to get into coaching I would be willing to bet we'd be the first to make an offer and possibly the only. Seems like he doesn't for now but who knows. What I do know is he seems to like being around the team as shown by all the Panthers gear he's decked out since retiring with the Bears and since he spent his time this summer helping the young corners here. Would be pretty cool to have him in a more set in stone role helping to teach these guys the Peanut Punch.

So holding should have been called lol....go figure hope they sent that one up too but when a Panther player jumps, farts, or straps on a helmet they get a flag for it.

Bradberry got nearly as screwed over by the refs that game as Cam did but it's flying under the radar since he's a corner, a rookie and it wasn't a healthy related screw over.

Where you live in Colorado is 3000 feet above Denver? Damn

Evergreen.

The rest of the world doesn't realize that Denver isn't in the mountains, it's out on the plains. Denver is 5280, all of the surrounding suburbs are a little higher. The average elevation in CO is 6800. The low spot is a little over 3300 (for NC folks, that's about the same elevation as Boone).

Yeah, I've never been to Colorado so I thought Denver was up high.  That's interesting to know though.  Thanks for the info
