I can't imagine how Greg feels, Idk how he kept his cool that game. He knows the game better than anyone in a uniform there.

Olsen and Rivera each noted plays in Sunday's games in which the defense was flagged for a helmet-to-helmet hit that was far less violent than some of those Newton took.

Olsen mentioned specifically a roughing-the-passer penalty called against the Bengals in which the defender's hand brushed the helmet of Jets quarterbackRyan Fitzpatrick.

To me...it looks as if...the NFL doesn't care about Cam Newton...the refs don't...why?...who told them not to call roughing the passer?

NFL is like "Hey, we wanted him out! Why you not take him out game Panthers?" "Waiting on ref to make call?!?" "Yeah, ref no see! No see!!!"........."Why you no take him out game when he target?!? Oh, wait..."

(it doesn't get more foolish than this BS the NFL is trying to pull over the eyes of the public. Sorry)

This is purely wishful thinking but if this double standard continues to where there's a no call that sends Cam to the locker room one day, the entire team and staff should follow right behind him. If the refs try to stop us, we'll say we refuse to play in unsafe conditions.

Always will be a Greg Olsen fan. My 3rd favorite Panther, right after Cam & Smith. Can't say this enough, but he's always been down for Cam. Down since he got here. Hurn dawg hit a home run when he traded for him.

Might be wishful thinking but I don't think NFL refs like to be embarrassed. They're not stupid.  They know they missed those calls. Whatever crews we get from now on will likely be extra vigilant for hits on Cam.
