When was the last time Jake Delhomme was the best QB on the field in a game? He wasnt better than Matt Ryan on Sunday, and he damn sure wasnt better than McNabb the week prior. When was it?

Well since he's the 31st rated passer, and we haven't played Detroit with Stafford, that would be hard to answer.

Week 15 last season I guess against the Bronco's. out passed Cutler, and won the game.

Jake: 17/26 passing - 1 INT, 1 TD, 253 yards

Jay : 21/33 passing - 1 INT, 1 TD, 172 yards.

Game Score: 30-10 Panthers

Total points are the most important stat, not passing touchdowns.

Just look at our season ending game against New Orleans. Statistically, Brees was the better QB. But Jake was extremely efficient at 14-20 for 250 yards. Jake averaged 17 yards per completion, and and set his running backs up for some easy td runs, so I would say while he wasn't better than Brees, he was certainly as good as.

Carolina's only real problem Sunday offensively was red zone play. We had an int, two fgi's and two td's in the red zone compared to Atlanta's four td's and a fumble.
