I've really been thinking a lot lately about the jumpers... those people had to make the choice of whether to endure that fire or jump to their deaths.  Just an insane thing to have to do on what otherwise would have been a normal Tuesday morning workday.

I think that's what I remember most. There were so many live feeds that you couldn't miss the people jumping. One of the saddest things I have seen. The company I was working for at the time was supposed to be called up to help with the cleanup. We were told we would be given a box of ziploc bags and a sharpie marker for any remains we might find. I'm really glad I didn't have to go. I wouldn't want those nightmares.

I was in 2nd grade. At the time I was quite sad that anyone could've done that to people. It was a pretty sobering event, I usually watch the footage every couple of years to remind myself. I didn't this year since it was football day, but it always reminds me how on the edge we all are.

Yeah remember seeing the news cast and kept hearing Thuds. Took me awhile to figure it out. Once I did I couldn't watch anymore.

I was crashed out on a beach on base with my girlfriend getting kicked in the side by a corporal who told me I needed to get to HQ immediately. Never saw much footage even to this day
