Anyone else doesn't fully trust Gano?

Kickers should never be trusted. They lie, they stab you in the back and they have those little beady eyes. 

Seriously though, with Gano, I lose confidence with anything >50 yards.

Blair Walsh, the guy that missed the chip shot for the Vikings that would have given them the lead against the Seahawks in the playoffs, is the 10th most accurate kicker of all time. He makes 85% of his kicks. Graham Gano is 48th and makes 80% but doesn't play half his games in a dome.

Misses happen and stats are misleading.

Guy is 10/16 on GW kicks and with the rule change his ability to crank out touchbacks is nigh on pointless.

Not with the game on the line. I feel the pressure gets to him when all eyes are on him. In the middle of the game though, I feel he is more than capable

Honestly there have maybe been 5-10 kickers in league history that I would feel completely comfortable with in the clutch. 

Gano is solid. Would you rather have Mare back?

And let's not forget Kasay and the game winning kickoff he gave Tom Brady. Nobody is perfect.

I remember towards the end of the game, they put on the tv that Gano says tonight that he could hit from atleast 60 yards. I was confident, and then disappointed. I think I'll do like others, and just leave the room whenever he kicks from here on out.

Now we question a kicker because he missed a 50 yarder FG? That's a long FG and it's not an automatic 3 points when it's so long.

I trust him to the point that he's an 85% kicker who doesn't do that well in clutch situations. 

I rolled my eyes when he was the highest rated kicker in Madden. Not a single season above 90%

Fact is the coaching staff really mishandled our time outs so we were put in a position. If we would have had one more time out then it would have been different.

Clearly he couldn't. First only bounced in and the second one he over adjusted. Luck doesn't strike twice.

I'm more upset about the lackadaisical attitude our coaches had about getting down to field goal range.  We never seemed to be in a hurry to get as close as possible. If I remember correctly, it seems like we wasted a solid 25-30 seconds with a Tolbert run for a few yards. 

The Coaches seem to think that 50 yard field goals are automatic. This same thing happened against Atlanta a few years back at home.

Some of yall are f'in crazy. Do yall even realize how many times he was clutch for us last season? I swear people on this forum have short term memory. Yea he got iced and missed the game winning FG but that doesn't mean we need to trade him. We need to bring Olindo Mare back so the haters on here can realize how lucky we actually are.
