First half offense was on point. Saw some potential of what could be. Just have to get Funchess and Brown back in the mix.

Cam's head is still somehow attached to his body.  In all seriousness, I can't be too upset with the outcome.  KB and Olsen did well, and i think the other receivers will contribute when we're not up against a top notch defense like Denver's.  I did like Fozzy's change of pace and totally agree that he should be getting Tolbert's touches.

I think it took the target off our back a little. Losing that way on national TV might let a 15-1 team from last year sneak up on people.

Remmers did a decent job when Cam kept the pocket tight. I hope this was the best D we'll face this season.

Luke is really good at football. 

Kelvin looked solid. He'll only get better as the year goes on and gets his game legs back under him. 

Andy Lee's 76 yard punt was crazy good. 

Cam is tough as hell.

I'm thinking it was the best D we'll face and that's encouraging.  Our play calling in the second half, particularly the 3rd quarter, was too conservative and we let them get momentum.

Was very exciting to see KB back and making a difference.  We really missed him in the SB.

Greg Olsen.  What can you say.  The guy is a pro on every level.  So good.  So savvy.  So articulate.

The turnovers we forced.  Thieves Ave is open for business.   We're on a pace for 48 takeaways this season!  It was good to see Bene getting that pick.  I know he muffed some tackles, but he's a player.

Vernon Butler flashed a bit. 

Fozzy looked very good in several snaps.

That 10 minute drive was awesome....

There was a lot to be excited about especially in the first half.

 

Brutally tough night, but given who we played and where we played, and the horrid head-hunting, and that it was week 1, I think it's not that bad a result.  Under Ron the Panthers have always gotten stronger throughout the season.  I have no reason to doubt it will happen again.

Has to be. The best secondary in the league followed by Von and Ware on the ends. We will bounce back stronger. I need Kony and CJ to get around the edge more. Did CJ get any hurries last night?
