So about that intentional grounding voiding the only blow to the head penalty called on the donkeys

Lots going on here, but the fact that a blow to the head can be offset by intentional grounding doesn't feel like the best thing for player safety

 

I said this during the game thread but when you have two penalties, one from each side, I think the most egregious should be enforced.

Especially considering the seriousness of the outcome were a concussion to be had from such a blow.  But of course the NFL must not really care enough about player safety if their own refs don't enforce the rules.
