How did Cam avoid concussion protocol?

Yeah, this is being asked by a lot of folks in the media too.

I have a prediction:  Panthers are going to get fined for not pulling him out of the game.

And other than that, and a few "let's appear like we care about this" fines against the Brocos players, nothing will change.

I'm literally shaking with anger.

This will pretty much be my only post about this game, because it looks like most of the board is already in meltdown mode over losing the 1st game out of 16.

This is just surreal to see. Fans are always biased, but this is witnessing a human being basically trying to rip off another human beings head. Hits home the reality of what this sport is while we cheer belligerently after who knows how many beers.

Honestly, I'm stepping back some. I already lost a good but of the emotional fan attachment after SB 50, but I don't want to see Newton or any player for that matter basically turned into a goddamn vegetable on the field.

I literally detest anything, and everything related to the Denver Broncos at this point. I'm not even really upset about the final score. Dirty bullshit is exactly that. If our players were doing poo like that, I would be disgusted.

You guys can keep blindly giving your cash to the NFL by stocking up on merchandise if you want, but I'm good.

I feel ya man I'm done with a lot of the bullshit too especially after the 2nd game in a row like this.

I don't think the game outcomes are fixed but they are...let's say *steered* in certain directions depending on certain factors. There is no reason to treat Cam differently than the other QBs.

I'm starting to wonder if there may be some racial component to these non calls.  At first I thought it was just because we are from a small market.  But Cam is literally almost an icon now, particularly after winning MVP last year so the small market stuff doesn't wash with that.  Hate to say it but there may be something to what you're saying.  I see no other reason for it.

I'm a white guy btw so stop before you start.

I'm coming around on this as well...no other way about it as WIlson gets this treatment too. And i Fully believe Cam when he says that Hoculi w/e his punk ass KKK name is told him "you're not old enough to get that call" and no I don't think he was joking either. He may have used it as an excuse but he meant it and you can tell they all mean it.

Probably isn't white enough to get calls either.

It may not be just a fine.  It could cost us draft picks if we're found to be negligible.

The Broncos teach their defenders to hit their target in the head, but they must throw their legs forward and drop their hands toward the ball to get away with it. It gives the illusion that the helmet to helmet contact is unintentional.

The legs are suppose to be thrust behind the targets knees. Then you grab for the ball or wrap up the body and pull the target back with your full body weight to roll their legs under your body.

If you study the defenders, you will see this from all of them. It has become reflex. They are not taught to form tackle like the Panthers defenders.

You will never see an actual tackle from the Broncos defense. They go for the ball, the head and the targets knees. That is all.

Um, this post is total BS.  Unless you can provide proof, please stop spreading nonsense.

The Broncos may be the dirtiest team in the NFL.

Pushing the pile forward by an OL is a penalty too, but they always allow the Broncos to do it. If the Panthers did it, they would be flagged.

I have always been a proponent that if your opponent is doing it, then you do it to. Put the officials on blast, and force them to call a clean game or let it get ugly.
