Yes, the snap was high, but Gano also clearly overcompensated after seeing his previous kick just sneak in.

Gano also looked like he also hesitated and over-adjusted from the "practice kick" that hit the right upright, but yes, the timing was off.

Gano is Olindo Mare on field goals and Rhys Lloyd on kickoffs. He'll get you the touchbacks to help field position and FGs needed to compete, but he will always miss the ones that count most.

4th for a punter? how about a 3rd for a fuging kicker? Im about ready to move on from Gano, hes come up short most times. like him making a game winning FG is a coinflips chance. You cant trust a kicker from FSU. wide left all day every day.

Honest question, has Graham Gano ever made a game-winning field goal for us when we were trailing? He's been able to lean on tied games when he's made the few that he's made. If he misses, it's still tied. But when Gano has to make them and we are trailing, I don't think he's ever done it.

True. The bright side is it could haven been worse ex billy cundiff (afc championship) or blair walsh. If Gano loses his ability I'm pretty sure Gettleman would find a new kicker but that could go either way the panthers could end up with another Justin Medlock.
