No, Mike Remmers isn't bad. No, We didn't play like trash. Yes, our defense is suspect. Yes, it was a close game. Sure, refs missed calls. Yes, we'll be fine.

You guys are acting like the sky is falling when Remmers does bad for a few plays. He isn't that bad. Goodness you're talking about Von Miller here. But I'd say he's improved. I used to be a Remmers hater, but he's held up good when needed this game. He held up fantastically well in the fir

What is your opinion of Jake Delhomme's 2008 season?

In fairness, Igo himself said it seemed as though DW had hit a wall in his development.

Not sure how much better he will do than Remmers has.

Unless I hear it from the coaches it doesnt really mean poo cause half the stuff Igo writes in the articles have been stated couple of weeks earlier on the forum.  The only way he is going to get over the "wall" is through live game experience.

I wish for once the Panthers orgnization would realize when they have a real window and sign talent in the offseason like New England or Denver has done. I don't know what people  are expecting when we let some of our best players walk without acquiring talent in the offseason. New England signs elite CB's, we let them walk, Denver goes out and get's passrushers and loads up on secondary, we let them walk.

I don't care about "the future" when it means slamming shut the window we already had.

Trust me, I'd love to see DW in a game. But getting beat by the best in the biz doesn't necessarily correlate to overall ability.

No, I don't think Remmers is great, or will be a great player. But when going up against Von Miller its on the offensive coordinator to game plan for that.

Its like Steph Curry not guarding other PG's like Westbrook or Chris Paul. The coaches could leave him there so he can get beat and fans can bitch about his inability to defend, or they can move him to guard a scrub SG while Klay guards the PG and cruise to 65 wins.

Recognize a weakness and adjust. That's coaching. Recognize a weakness and upgrade it. That's on management. Recognize a weakness in your game and improve it. That's on a player.

It takes a village...

Lol we will NOT be fine. This team is NOT a playoff team. Can't cover, can't tackle. Only the linebackers can cover and tackle, the rest of them are crap. HORRIBLE coaching. Shula should be FIRED. Horrible clock management. Just horrible all around. Trying to be positive just cause wont change the fact that this team is horrible, and it will not be fine. I'm freakin pissed. Unacceptable.

We've done wonders offensively. We couldn't do jack squat last time we played them. Denver's offense also had an upgrade, and that's how we lost. Siemian isn't that bad. He makes mistakes, but an upgrade over Manning.

Yes and we will be facing these amazing pass rushers in the playoffs not far way so its time for DW to get acclimated now so he can be ready by January. Remmers is poo and will be poo, time for backup duty.

I didnt think Remmers played as bad as people think, they ran a stat line after 3Q where he gave up no sacks or hurries, and 2 hits, not bad for someone that was a turnstyle last time around. I'd say respectable.

My biggest issue is for a team that says it's all about Player safety how the fug do you now call a roughing the passer until the 4th??

So let me understand this correctly you have to play well 3 and 7/8 of a game to not be criticized when you play like poo when it matters the most and you have done it before??

Okay, just want to make sure i understand the thought process.

Funny how Cam wasn't held to that standard by this board in 2011-12. Cam was our only hope but if he threw a pick when driving downfield after having a monster game, "Cam's a choker."

Cam made our team relevant. He had a couple guys let him down tonight after he did his job when it mattered most. So I guess it was #ThrowbackThursday
