Culture is what we need to build, and I feel that's what we're doing with these close wins. Losing breeds loser mentality. We lose and get a higher draft pick, draft said coveted player, then insert him into a losing culture. -

A bad franchise will be a bad franchise. Who tanks to help another team to get the #1 pick. Then they can't even tank for themselves the following season. I don't care if people don't like this QB class if Sanders/Ward turn out to be great like most of the rookies in this year's class we are going to look crazy yet again. I don't care if people disagree this is just the truth. We are a bad franchise in desperate need of a franchise QB. I'm sick of every other bottom feeder finding their QB and we are stuck with the same outlook every season. We haven't had a franchise QB since Cam. It's time to find that guy. But hey we winning meaningless games we changing the culture baby. Yet still viewed as the worst franchise in the NFL. -
