will flash fry the wings once they're done and some fries.

served with celery/carrot

chix tenders will be sliced for tacos with homemade pico de gallo,

sour cream, shredded lettuce, etc...

best I could pull off on a work day afternoon.

of course scotch is in hand for the cooking and beer swilling will commence later
