Good morning ladies and gents! The day has finally come. Lets bring game day back in style with some killer eats and drink. I want to see pics dammit!

 

Tonight I've got roasted eggplant, onions and peppers on the grill with some chicken. Covered in Franks red hot sauce. No beer for me tonight because of special circumstances but that still is no excuse. I expect all of you not to follow my lead and to have a drink in hand tonight.

For the game we're doing a bunch of cheeses and meats with Novas bread and a keg of Oktoberfest.

Brined the chicken last night, going to grill it & pull it for quesadillas... Simple & plain for Opening night... I am going to make a jalapeno crema for the 1st time, we'll see how that goes...
