One thing that I am so sick of is this game manager crap. This philosophy is woven into the fabric of our FO's management philosophy, spun by our resident and longest tenured coach. It's time to go after someone who can not only manage the game, but can air the ball out with strength, power and accuracy.

I am not saying that we have to go out and get the flavor of the day when it comes to the draft, but even if we had a guy like Flacco (who I wanted, but knew it would ever happen), who has a lethal guided missile, I think we'd be a lot better off. Of course a franchise type would be nice, but I am afraid that the FO and fans alike, have been so brainwashed by this conservative, game manager concept, that supporters of the Panthers think that a great QB in Carolina is an impossibility.
