Future NFL Head Coaches

There are guys made for the NFL and there are guys that make a living in college off of their charisma (thus they get amazing talent). Carol and Kiffin IMO are of the college mold and will never leave college.

I want Cowher and if Cowher doesn't come then we can talk about other guys. I like Leslie Frazier off that list above. I would stay away from Ron Rivera personally..he has been passed over for a few openings so that tells me there is a problem there. I also don't really like the Chargers defense. They have a lot of talent and not a lot of production to show for it. Sound familiar?

GRUDEN!!! He would yank Jake out in a blink of the eye.

I dont want Cowher....his style is not much different from Fox

I believe the buccs let Gruden go because he wouldn't develop a quarterback? He just wanted medicore that would do the stupid poo he wanted and would get rid of them when they spoke againts him. I also watch every buc game every week because my friend is a buc fan and we watch the sunday ticket here at the house. I got 5 tvs going with games at one time. The panthers always being displayed on the 72inch in 1080p :D Anyway F.U.C.K. GRUDEN!!!!!

I've done my research, and looked for top offensive and defensive coordinators around the league and this is what i came up with in no particualr order:

- Leslie Frazier (DC, Vikings)

- Marty Mornhinweg (OC, Eagles)

-Ron Rivera (DC, Chargers)

- Bob Baich (DC, Bears)

-- wildcards--

-Mike Zimmer (DC, Bengals)

-Greg Blache (DC, Redskins)

- Paul Pasqualoni (DC, Dolphins)

there are more, that i could have missed.

Mornhinweg has already had a shot. he was the first head coach Matt Millen hired for the Lions. His most memorable moment in that job was winning an overtime coin toss and electing to kick off (the other team drove for a TD).

Not convinced on Bob Babich yet. Ditto Blache and Pasqualoni.

Mike Zimmer used to get a lot of looks when he was with Dallas, but has fallen off since. Not sure I'd still be interested as he could be another Tim Lewis.

I'm not interested in any of the retreads. Outside of Cowher, pretty much all of them were fired with good reason.
