David Newton's bubble battles to watch

Yeah, I just couldn't resist the temptation of alliteration in my thread title. The way that some of you regard David Newton, and paying homage to the South, or maybe A.I. (IDK), I guess I could have said, "David Newton babblin' 'bout bubble battles," but perhaps that would have been too much. No?

And another thing, it appears to me like Newton was trying to get a little creative with his title as well:

"Stash Cash?"

"Give up on Love?"

Our friend just couldn't quite make the cut though with Whitaker and Wegher. He was at a loss for wit, so he decided to start out dry and finish strong.

"Will the Panthers keep Wegher? Stash Cash? Give up on Love?"

Of course creativity is kind of like my forté, so I probably would have said something like:

"Panthers' picture still Fozzy! Will they stash Cash? Give up on Love?"

Anyway...

It's that most contentious time of the year. We're getting closer to the final cuts. And we all have our opinions and perspectives. Newton gives us a little food for thought, perhaps, but being that some may consider these battles a little dry---perhaps cut and dry---I tried (and I say that loosely) to spice it up by being, well, me.

Will we keep Fozzy and Wegher, or will one of them run out of time?

And speaking of the run, Horton is an able run-stopper, while Delaire has seemingly run around in circles.

Honestly, I wouldn't give up on Love, but I admit it's kinda easy to be doubting Thomas. Hell, who is this guy?

If it comes down to Hawkins or Yankey, don't be blindsided, offensive tackles have more value than guards in my estimation. If it comes down between the two, Yankey will be yanked (plus, this is the South, duh).

Sandland  appears to be stuck in sand, but last week @Jeremy Igo told us that he doesn't think Lucas has a real chance. I would just like to say that people don't generally care to talk about Mucas, but I believe Mucas has oozed---I mean schmoozed his way into the conversation.

Will the Panthers really keep a half dozen receivers? Is Norwood really battling Byrd who has flown to new heights---dare I say above all kinds of woods? If that is the case, I say Norwood gets axed.

As for Cash and Jacobs, the only thing I have to say is, "Ben there, done that!" Invest in the future. Let's take our Cash and go to the Bank.
