To me, with the way the people are describing their encounters with the clowns, it doesn't sound like a prank at all. The clowns are acting like pedophiles.

Are you referring to my "stakeout" suggestion? I'm not saying the cops should be in a parked car in the woods, they just need to BE IN THE WOODS when the clowns come back.
