Bill Simmons actually showed us love on his podcast today

I listened to his NFL preview podcast earlier today. He predicted we would win the division easily and start the season at least 6-0. Predicted that us and the Chiefs would end the regular season with the most wins. Didn't predict anything playoffs-related.

 

He's usually one of the most anti-Panthers media guys out there, but he made sense and I'd say it's worth a listen.

He would certainly make the list of worst sports personalities.

I like Simmons fine. Nothing special. But he has a great eye for talent in writers he collaborates with. The team of writers at Grantland was unreal. The Ringer, not so much.
