He's 6'4 270 and has washed out of 2 3-4 defenses because they can't seem to figure out whether he's a 3-4 OLB or DE. Sounds like someone who needs to come play his natural 4-3 DE position to me.

I have no idea to be honest.  I thought he was a traditional DE at Utah.  In my old age I really only pay attention to the Panthers.  fug all the other NFL teams in the ass IMO.  If he is pegged an OLB i would think a transition to a down DE would be easier than a down DE transitioning to OLB.

He is a pass rushing specialist 3-4 OLB.

 

That said, at 6-4 and 270 it is possible he could jump in on third downs and do some damage. I mean, would you rather have him or Ryan Delaire?
