Tue, Aug 30th: Rosters have to be trimmed to 75 by 4pm EST

Sat, Sep 3rd: Rosters must be trimmed to 53 by 4pm EST

Sun, Sep 4th: The waiver period for the cuts on the 3rd ends at 12pm noon EST, and the unclaimed become free agents

*Sun, Oct 16th to Sun, Nov 20th: Players on the Reserve/PUP list can begin practicing, and teams have three weeks from the time that the player begins practicing to activate them

Tue, Nov 1st: 4pm EST trade deadline

*I believe this is correct, although it might be until Sat, Nov 19th. Either way, you get the point.
