last night I was sure I'd be making nachos.  This morning, I'm open to suggestions.

Not in a wing mood.  Let's get some choices and pics flowing

Put a butt on the smoker last night, wrapped it this morning and stuffed it in a Yeti to hold till work is over.

 

Pulling it, baking it with some fruit juices to "crisp" it up a bit, and making pulled pork tacos this afternoon with all the fixins.

and the decision has been made....brats with kraut, and baked potato salad.  Heading to the store now

I cooked a butt last night, too. Food Lion, .99 cents a lb, hizzle yizzle. Might make a bunch of sausage tonight.

Found this one for .49 per pound a few days ago....bought all they would let me, now I have two in the freezer and one in the Yeti.
