the US version is just on-demand replays in the regular season.  the preseason games are the only ones you can watch live.

Honestly, threads on illegal streams aren't needed. If you want to stream a game, it's very easy to find one.

With the Xbox one there is a tv tuner that is ota that allows you to pause, rewind, and fast forward live tv if anyone is into that.

Internationally it includes live streaming but costs much more. In the US, it is just on demand after the gams have aired. No VPN is needed for the US service.

Not live streaming though without a VPN in the US. Only day-after viewing.
