'You know'

Can someone please tell athletes that using 'you know' more than once in 10 sentences, is too much.

I listened to an interview with GAmble on the Panthers Huddle and every sentence had at least 10 'you knows'.

Wesley, every sentence, 'you know'.

I know these guys arent PhDs; but, come on now...

Yeah that is frustrating to listen to but the guys are athletes and there is no script...it's just nervousness.

Hey, these guys aren't paid to be great speakers on camera, but Emmit Smith IS paid to speak on camera, and he is God awful, I mean beyond "turrible", as Sir Charles would say.

every single person has nervous ticks when they're speaking on camera or even in front of another person.

fun exercise: go ask your husband/wife/life partner what you do when you're nervous. they will tell you something you had no idea you did.
