Only 18 years?  So he will most likely spend less than 10 years in prison after drugging and raping as many as 16 women.

 

He should serve 18 years per victim, he needs to die in there.

Sentence was a few months shy of the max.  He plead hoping for leniency, and the judge rejected the prosecution's offer.

Does seem like a light sentence for a serial rapist.
