Cowboys coach Wade Phillips indicated Monday that Marion Barber is day to day with his strained quadriceps.

It doesn't sound like a multi-week injury at this point, but Barber seems certain to be limited in practice leading up to a Week 3 matchup against Carolina. Expect Felix Jones to be used more this week even if Barber plays.

I think Tony Romo gets a lot more hype than he should but if you give him time in the pocket, he will pick you apart. Dallas has 2 pass catching tight ends that are gonna have a field day if we don't find a way to bring some pressure. Marttelus Bennett and Jason Witten both have enough skills burn us. Nail Diggs has a busted rib and James Anderson isn't known for his coverage speed.

I haven't looked at any stats or anything but I thought Giants did pretty good bringing pressure. It seemed like he was getting knocked down a lot. Anyway, I was drowning my Panther sorrows last night and was pretty pickled by the end of the SNF game so it could all be selective memory.

last time we played them tony romo was red hot coming into that game.....we only lost by a touchdown.jon beason seems to get hella picks against good qbs,brees,mcnabb,warner,rodgers,and romo so we will be ok,offesne has got to just explode on the cowboys d,run d preferable.
