Texans are the Oilers moved & Browns were a reinstated NfL legacy years after their owner pulled some bullpoo... So technically, they're not really expansion teams? Are the LA Rams expansion?

Technically the Ravens are the expansion team, since the Browns kept all the records but lost the team.
