Damn a public backlash. All you need is some big cojones and fortitude to withstand some largely irrelevant opinions. The Panthers have the locker room and professionalism to handle that issue with ease. And, in my personal opinion, his services would eclipse that anyway. If Hardy returned and just played successfully, people would soon forget.

Jerry and the team already have the blueprint to handle this as I alluded to earlier: Grace and second chances! They can frame his return in a positive manner easily. Jerry just doesn't want to because he's too much of a company man, worried more about image and giving a damn what people think than bringing the wayward son back home and filling a position of obvious need

Sorry, but you're wrong.  It would have a huge impact on the organization, from top, to bottom.  Big balls, or not.  Forgiveness, or none.  Doesn't matter.  You, and others, are just refusing to look at the bigger picture.

Don't be naive people.

Honestly

There is no way Hardy isnt a Panther week 1

Bless you. Hopefully everyone shows you mercy. I hope your right, I do, I just don't think it can happen. I do however remember reading that Ron really like Hardy and wanted to keep him. So there's that.

No, I'm not wrong, and I've seen NFL teams bring in people who have done arguably worse, and keep on rolling along. It just baffles me why you'd think that a Hardy return would have earth shaking negative repercussions for the organization. Sorry, it just doesn't compute. I am not the one being naive here. I have lived a while, and watched the NFL in earnest for 40 years.

His full retard didn't involve the law

Non-story

Huh? You can be gigantic pain in the ass and not worth dealing with and have a flawless criminal record.

and yeah, when a team who will take anyone and doesn't give a poo...doesn't want you it it is a story.  Don't believe that? Check the unemployed DEs out

Yeah, they did worse and played the game to get back....Hardy didn't and opted to be an idiot

The Cowboys arent Hardy away from being a good team, taking that in account, the Cowboys let go

If the Cowboys were a great team, had a great locker room, were primed to win a Super Bowl, they'd of kept him

Again, you are just willing to rationalize everything to Hardy's favor.

you telling me the Cowboys only deal with nonsense when they are a player away? Because that is a dream world.  They will put up with nonsense to go 8-8.  Facts are facts.

Cowboys have repeatedly gone after trouble for years and years and years.  Hardy was just wasn't worth it.

Things aren't what they were 40 years ago...  30... 20... 10...

We've already seen a negative impact, from our first fuging go-round with this.

Honestly, no one cares about the Hardy incident anymore. It's old news.

True, but they care about Hardy's behavior....which is why a top 5 talent DE is unemployed.

Vick, Peterson, one of the thousand pot heads....they have jobs.

Hardy is Hardy's problem today

If Richardson, Gettleman, the Panthers are serious about winning a ring ... which I know they are

Hardy will be a Panther

LOL Hakeem Nicks compared with wanting Hardy .. LOL

We are strong at WR, DE not so much

Beleive it or not some things in life are more important than winning. Like morals and such
