I may be in the minority but I'm glad they are enforcing it. If you're not in the game stay the fug off the field. Although I would like to see a less harsh penalty if you are no where near the play.

Speaking of rules, they really need to change the personal foul rule on plays where a td is scored. You can run over and rip someone's helmet off after they score and not lose any yards due to the likelihood of the kickoff being a touchback anyhow
