I was watching live when it happened, and I thought the same thing too. I rewound it and watched it slo-mo, she ate it big time!!

Don't know how long this one will stay up.

I am trying to figure out what the hell happened! It's obvious she was traveling at a deceivingly high rate of speed. At first I thought maybe her rear tire broke loose because of the paint line, but it breaks loose before the tire crosses the line. So, did she just lock down the front brakes knowing she had no rear traction in order to stop? I thought maybe she hit the curb and it caused her to go over the bars. But it's clear the front wheel locked up before she made to the curb. Was it a mechanical failure? Maybe she locked it down to avoid being obliterated by the trees? Hitting trees at that rate of speed would probably be life threatening, if not obliterating. Maybe there is a steep drop off on the other side of the tree line? I can only speculate she intentionally locked down the front wheel knowing the disastrous results. I thought she was dead too!

Watching that over and over...  The front wheel does seem to to slip before the back tire gets loose....  I wonder if some moisture started to form on the road? You hit the front brake with those skinny tires and thats not a good combination.....
