It's pretty easy, the hardest part is just the time it takes to remove the 30 years of rust.  But a bucket, some hydrochloric acid, and a well ventilated area for a few days takes care of most of that.  Everything else I just found on eBay, etsy (the decals), and Home Depot (they have the official Panther interior paint, just ask for a sample size and that's plenty).
