Going To Vegas For SB51

Montsta

Recommended Posts

My wife and I just booked a suite in the 52nd floor of Vdara @ City Center and Southwest flights for $64 each way from Oakland to Vegas.

Looking forward to cashing in a winning panthers ticket the night of February 5th at one of the sportsbooks.

I know it's a long while out, but I wanted to give ample time for Huddlers to save their money to come party with Montsta in Vegas.

I'm looking in your direction @SCP.

Vegas for the SB. Hmmmmm.....

What dates flying in/out?

Flying in Saturday. Leaving Tuesday. Originally was going to do Friday to Monday, but my wife reminded me that if I'm in Vegas after a Panthers SB Championship, I'll be getting poo faced drunk and need a recovery day before flying out back home.

I did AirBnB for my room at Vdara for a privately owned Skyvilla, which is essentially a panoramic suite with living room and kitchenette. Got it for $1100 for 3 nights which is what a pretty basic room at the Cosmo or Bellagio cost during that same time. Can't complain about that.

Look into it Broseph, would be awesome to watch the game with other fans. Caesars sports book has like a 20'x50' LED to watch it on with tailgate style food.

    • It will be interesting to see who is still available at #4.  There could be a player someone drastically needs and will be willing to give up a nice haul to get him.  Getting an extra round one pick in 2026 would be nice.
    • First of all, I think we should fix as many areas as possible other than QB going into 2025.  Young has played well the 2nd half of the season and needs more evaluation.   I think DL should be our focus whether it is Graham or Carter with our 1st pick. I wouldn't be sad if we used our 2nd round pick on another D-Lineman.  It will be much easier to get a WR on a one- or two-year free agent contract than to pick a WR that could be JAG.  This also gives XL and Coker another year to develop.  Our free agent picks in 2024 for the D-Line were, IMO, designed to complement Brown.  Once Brown went out those players were mediocre.  We need to have insurance in case Brown comes back and doesn't perform to his pre-injury play.  Sadly, I think we should move on from Evero.  He doesn't seem to have the heart for this team.
