Now you are making new accusations that, unless detected, are completely subjective and have no basis in fact. 

Might he have been smoking weed? If he pees clean, it doesn't mean he wasn't smoking weed. While your argument makes sense it isn't valid because the conclusion doesn't necessarily ring true or false. It's simply a statement of subjective possibilities and seriously lack substance. 

Might it have been synthetic, MDMA, crack, cocaine, tobacco, mushrooms (not sure why they would do that), or any number of other things? According to your logic it could be any of that.

I don't need this event to know Aldon Smith is an idiot. He has made plenty of proven, idiotic decisions.  

Based on his past events alone, any time something like this comes out, people are going to reiterate, how fuging stupid he is, and they are not wrong.

I think it's valid to call Aldon Smith idiotic for posting something that makes him look like he's smoking weed (even if it's not weed) given his current status and history.  It's not a great business decision to post something that makes you look like you're doing something you're currently in trouble for having done in the past.
