Show me one person who has said Cam was faster.  We can point, laugh and openly mock them together.

Vick would definitely have an advantage in straight-line speed and is probably overall more elusive than Newton. Cam, on the other hand, is much harder to bring down than Vick ever even thought about being.

Newton's biggest edge, however, is in the passing department. Vick could never catch him there. That's a big reason why Cam is a far more successful and complete quarterback.

For an NFL quarterback, 40 yard passes are infinitely more important than 40 yard dashes.

I absolutely love Cam but Vick is much faster and had an absolute cannon of an arm himself. Difference is that Vick doesn't have much between his ears. Cam's worst completion % in a season is more than 1 percentage point over Vick's career completion %.

Cam wins in the most important metric of life... being a decent human being.

With Cams recent success our fan bases average age of fanhood has dramatically decreased. 

Some of these fans will never know the hate panthers fans had for players like Vick and Sapp.

In fairness it looks like Vick was responding to a question.  He probably could beat Cam in a 40 yard dash.

Lol without even reading this it should be no secret that Vick would win the race.  Vick had damn near Olympic speed Cam doesn't have that.  But yeah Cam is everything that Vick was supposed to be. Hell Pre injury RG3 would've beat Cam but that doesn't mean anything.

That's part of it to the older fans but I'm 25 and EVERY kid,  Falcon fan or not liked Vick. Come to think of it, I don't remember one kid who didn't like Vick.  And that's what Cam is to this generation.
