We lost because of being to soft on 3rd and short by allowing short passes and YAC rather than forcing them to air one up that would have a lower completion percentage chance or could give us a chance to make a big defensive play.

Also we lost because of the lack of effective pass rush most of the time. Matt Ryan sure keeps his cool though and looks like one of the best QBs in the league... at least when we played him.

Everything else was alright... D-Will's fumble was a bad break as well but I forgive him even though it stopped what could've been a momentum shifting drive.

I love the hypocrisy in here. If you defend Delhomme, you're not allowed to use passing stats at all, but it's perfectly OK to point to one busted flea flicker (out of the 70 or so plays that they ran yesterday) that almost ended up being an INT to prove that he's still awful. Yeah, that makes percfect sense.
