Are the Panthers receivers just average?

I feel like that's fair. KB is really good, but coming off a huge injury like he had is a reasonable question mark. Funch had a solid rookie season, especially the last stretch of games. Again, it's a little bit of a question mark because he's a second year guy with roughly four good games under his belt. I personally think he will be awesome, but I'm looking at this objectively. Then you have Ginn who is very polarizing. He can be really awesome and then you will be cussing him for a couple dropped passes. 

Next are the other guys. Hill will be a question mark for obvious reasons. (I'm still excited to see him play) Philly is solid but I think I read somewhere where they said he could be the odd man out. I don't see it happening but who knows. Bersin is clutch for a much needed first down grab and Byrd, well we will have to wait for pre-season. Long story short, it's fair.

Can't argue with that ranking. We don't have any superstar names out there but they show up and put in work and keep getting better. Doesn't hurt having an MVP quarterback tossing them the ball either.

Luckily Cam can make them all look good.

If Funchess breaks out this year like I think he will and KB comes back to rookie form (without the drops), then I say we COULD be knocking on that top 10 door. Ginn is a GREAT slot WR for US and Philly Brown is a legit #4 (no matter what Huddlers say). Hill is that wildcard.

I was actually pleasantly surprised at this ranking.  I thought they'd have us more like 18 - 20.

Seems pretty fair to me as KB didn't play in 2015 and Funchess is still so young and developing.  We see all the potential, but based on actual performance, you can't yet rank our guys much higher than this.

I really can't wait to see KB & FUnchess together and the matchup nightmares it creates.  Assuming no major injuries, our 2016 offense will be even more a "pick your poison" situation for opposing Defenses than in 2015.  KB, Funchess, Olsen, Ginn, Cam & Stew all big weapons.  We've got size, imposing physicality, speed, ability to break tackles...

About the only thing we can improve on in our WR corps is better separation and more YAC.  But I think we'll start to see more of that with Funchess.

Can't wait to see how the #4 - #5 and possibly #6 spots shake out.  It will truly be a great competition in Camp!

If you want to judge them as an individual unit, that's probably a little high honestly.....if you want to include Stew, Cam, and Olsen into the picture...you know how football is played, they will all of a sudden look much better than average.

 

Cam is reaching a place where he is making those around him better...the great ones do that.

I think that's fair based on KB rehabbing and Funchess still developing. But I think  based on what we do and the combinations we can make based on skillset will actually make this group among the best in the league by the end of the season .

10 tds from a 4th receiver is spectacular
