Talk of trading Westbrook if he doesn't agree to a contract extension.  OKC doesn't want to lose both Durant and Westbrook and not get anything in return.  It would never happen but I'd trade Kemba, Zeller, and a couple of picks for Westbrook.

what do you guys think OKC do with Westbrook? do you think they try and tie him up to an extension or start looking at trade options and blow up the roster? Suddenly the 76er's look in a great spot to trade for a superstar (and need) - if they were to trade for him, they would instantly become playoff team in the east (in my opinion)

Stephen A is an idiot. Calling KD to GSW the weakest move by a player ever.

But, LBJ can go team down and Miami. Then do the same back up in Cleveland. Lol

KD is in the same situation LBJ was his first stinct with Clev. KD knows he can't win in OKC. He done tried and tried.

This is exponentially worse than LeBron going to miami. Cleveland was trash while okc had a team that should've been in the finals this year had KD not choked. They didn't know how it would work out in Miami with all the new pieces being added either but KD knows he's joining a team that already posted 73-9 record without him. He is a coward and a pussy ass bitch.

If KD is a "coward", then what was Lebron?

It's not good for the already horrible lack of parity in the NBA, but I can't honestly blame Durant.

If you want to blame anyone, blame the NBA, and Stern in particular. They've been allowing the league to become a laughing stock for years now, and they've practically gift wrapped Cleveland a championship by handing them a slew of 1st overall picks.

You freaking kidding me? LBJ in Cleveland went to the Eastern Conference 4TIMES! and one NBA FINALS. Never won.

Compare that to KD and OKC. Everybody had KD leaving OKC until that 3-1 western conference series vs. GSW. Ain't even close.

Dude they made the finals all because of LeBron no one else he carried them. KD had 100x better supporting cast in okc. Go look at the rosters and if you say Cleveland Had anything near the talent of okc you're an idiot

Bull!

Curry, Klay, and Green were stars before they won a ring.

They were never the players Wade and Bosh were. nor the hype of Kyrie and Love.

Curry and Klay are better than wade and bosh curry is the 2x defending MVP and in Miami they weren't coming off a 73-9 season while being 1 game away from back to back championships. This move is so much worse than lebron going to miami. It's not even close.

Idgaf.

KD is a great player but he's no LBJ. You wanna call KD a coward, but not LBJ. LBJ couldn't lure anyone there. He had to join force with not one but TWO high caliber players: Wade and Bosh. Still couldn't even win the first time they were there vs Dallas.

KD is joining forces with the team that just put up the best record of all time. Better than MJs 96 bulls record. And he's joining 3 stars and the 2x defending mvp. Wade wasn't 2x defending mvp last time I checked when lebron went to Miami. And Miami had to sign a bunch of players for the veteran minimum that year because of the old CBA, Google that poo. Warriors will be able to put much better talent around due to the salary cap and new CBA. This move is way more cowardly than lebron going to miami

    • Tetairoa McMillan.   The last 28 1st overall picks were either a QB, DE, or OT. Seeing as I don't think we'd take an OT in the 1st and give up on Ickey as an LT yet and there doesn't seem to be a clear overall #1 type of QB or DE pick this year, it very well could be a non conventional #1 overall this year, at least in regards from the last almost 3 decades of drafts. If we didn't have Horn, I'd be more open to Hunter as a CB at #1, but we have him so another CB wouldn't be how I'd use a #1 pick.  And as much as I love Legette, if we have SB contending aspirations, I don't think Legette is a #1 on a team like that, but he damn sure is an elite #2 on a team like that.  He's more of the Smith/Higgins/Waddle to Brown/Chase/Hill (in terms of role/impact, not style of play of course). T-Mac is going to be the top ranked WR on every team's board in the end.  He is going to be a true outside #1 WR who is viewed as a consensus Top 5 WR in the game by his second contract in the same way guys like Jefferson and Chase have done.  His height combined with his speed, athleticism, and hands are near impossible to find all in one player, there is a reason his generally used comp is Mike Evans (although as he's not as thick, I personally see him more as an AJ Green). Yes, as an Arizona alum I've admitted to having bias towards the player to begin with.  But he's also someone very widely being put into the Top 5 in mock drafts lately and most of them have him as the first non QB offensive player being taken, so it's not really THAT much of a homer pick on my part anyways. If a QB or DE truly separate themselves as being a can't miss prospect come draft day, I'm open to that discussion, but until then, or if it doesn't happen, T-Mac is my pick 100 times out of 100.
