IDK how but I think Philly makes the roster.

Performance- past and present, as long as he doesn't have another dropsy preseason.

Only 2 TE's? That won't fly. I guess you have to get all the hype guys on the roster though.

What? No Bersin?

:)

Funny thing about Bersin is I do believe him to be a legit player in the legue albeit a 50th or so guy.   I said it before, Bersin and other guys like him are similar to that old utility knife in the bottom line f your tool box.  It will never be the first thing you reach for but it can still get the job done when you need to reach for it.  Just know what to expect. Everybody wants someone to be better than him but to his credit he keeps digging.

I really hope guys like him and Byrd make it somewhere if not here.

I feel like the all-hype roster should have at least 3 receivers that are unemployed, or at least ride the bench on other teams. (insert Green Bay's #4 guy)

    • Respectfully, I completely disagree. Last year we were:  32nd in Sacks. 32nd in Turnovers.  32nd in Rushing TDs allowed  29th in Scoring.  We were absolutely atrocious on defense last year and that was with a full stable of weapons in Derek Brown, Frankie Luvu and Brian Burns that played all 17 games.  Using yards per game as a metric to guage our success lacks the context that because our offense was so inept teams were not driving the length of the field, they were starting at their 40-50 yard line.  This year, our Defense ranks:  31st in Sacks. Tied for 19th in Turnovers  31st in Rushing TDs allowed 32nd in Scoring  His defense fails to get pressure, fails to turn the ball over and fails to stop the run. Three things you absolutely have to do to be successful in the NFL.  Denver meanwhile has not missed a beat without him.  If another team wants to hire him as a HC and the Panthers get two 3rds for it I'll wish him the best and pack his bags myself.
