Depends on the situation.

PB&J/ PB&Banana:  Crunchy

Oatmeal: Creamy

Protein Shakes: Creamy

By itself: Crunchy by far

On Graham Crackers or Celery: Creamy

back in the day I would make a Peanut butter sandwich and instead of jelly would throw on Doritos.
